HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Royal Mail

This method will cost you £2.99 and will be deducted from your refund which is the product price.
  1. Print off a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label, No Printer? No problem - Royal Mail can print the label for you in one of Royal Mail Customer Service Points.
  2. Attach your label to the front of your item - make sure you remove or cover any old labels if you're reusing packaging - and take it to your nearest Post Office - remember to request proof of postage

Own Courier

Use of own courier – paid by customer
  1. You can return your parcel using your own courier by sending any unwanted items back to:

  2. This method is required for all International orders
  3. We advise to use some form of tracking or proof of postage, parcels returned via your own method are your responsibility until we receive them.
